Calling all spice-lovers!! We have a Spicy Charcuterie Box for you that features 5 different Wisconsin Cheeses. Designed for you to enjoy from mild spice flavoring to the more extreme heat. Don’t worry we do include a palate cleanser to help keep your taste buds in perfect spicy cheese sampling shape. We had so much fun putting this limited time box together for your enjoyment!
• Pico de Queso | Hennings Cheese | Kiel, WI
Start with this cheese (it’s the crumbly one!) We’re rating this one a 1/5 for spice levels. This white cheddar is blended with Southwestern spices and serano peppers. You will find tons of flavor in this cheese and will quickly become a crowd-pleaser.
• Banana Pepper Jack | Yellowstone Cheese | Cadott, WI
We also rated this cheese as 1/5 for spice levels. The banana pepper is strong and could easily be on a pizza!
• Habanero Jack | Hennings Cheese | Kiel, WI
Ok, this cheese is going to be a step up on the spice level. We’re giving it a 2/5 or a Minnesota 3/5. This Monterey Jack cheese is blended with habanero peppers to bring the HEAT! The peppers come at you after you’d consumed the cheese, so give it a bit of time to feel the heat.
• Mango Fire | Hennings Cheese | Kiel, WI
This cheese is getting a 4/5 for spice level. Enjoy a White Cheddar cheese that is mixed with mango and habanero peppers. It’ll start with a smooth sweet flavor which then ignites your tastes buds with heat. Be prepared for the fire!
• Triple X Habanero Jack | Yellowstone Cheese | Cadott, WI
Don’t let the 3 X’s scare you off! This spicy cheese is also rated 4/5. The heat is one that creeps up on you and warms you from the inside out.
