We’re so happy to be back at Bent Paddle! It’s been a while and now after the holidays we’re ready to mingle and get together with some friends. Why not do it over a delicious beer, amazing setting and some mini charcuterie boxes? Am I right??

Fresh from South Dakota, we’ve got an aged cheddar that brings salty and creamy to your taste buds.

Yellow Box: Smoked Cheddar & Veg’y Jack

Smoked Cheddar | Burnett Dairy | Grantsburg, WI

Smoky flavoring but not too overpowering. Its a very smooth and creamy cheese.

Veg’y Jack | Burnett Dairy | Grantsburg, WI

This fresh and creamy cheese tastes like you are eating from a veggie platter.. Dare we say “Where’s the ranch?”
