Gibbsville is a small town in Wisconsin.. How small? 512 in 2010 census! But this little town has an amazing creamery. From this creamery, they produce some high quality cheeses and even cheese curds! But featured in our Bent Paddle Event Boxes is their Dos Amigo’s Smoked Gouda. Specialty Reserve Cheddar

Another featured cheese from Gibbsville, but this one is their Specialty Reserve Cheddar which is an aged cheddar. This crumbly cheddar cheese is salty and oh-so tasty. We wanted to provide you with a wide range of cheeses that showcase how different each cheese can be - even from the same creamery!

Redhead Creamery | Brooten, MN
Redhead Creamery is a Minnesota creamery, relatively close to St. Cloud! We were fortunate enough to go on a farm tour and learned all about their process from milking to cheese-making. We even got to meet Lindy, the mother and owner of the farm. After the tour, we sampled some cheese and couldn’t go home without bringing any back! This cheese has a little bit of spice to it but paired with Double Shot Double Black, it plays with the contrasting flavors. Learn more about their family-run operation here!
