How it started
Kimber and Calley met over some sand volleyball and a pitcher of Summer Shandy. From there they bonded over many other things such as the Green Bay Packers, growing up in Wisconsin, and of course, their love of cheese.
Taking the back roads and seeing all the small towns in the Midwest, Kimber and Calley have came across so many cheese creameries and have fallen in love with how we (the Midwest) have some of the best cheeses.
Not finding the same selection available in the Twin Ports lead them to brainstorm over some local beers and the Yes, Cheese business plan was formed. So with a few months of thinking, planning, renting a kitchen - they are making their dream a reality. By offering cheese that they’ve personally hand-selected and sampled, these boxes are top-notch. As they launch into this new business adventure, they can’t wait to see how this business will grow and hope you enjoy these specialty cheeses as much as they do.
