Our selection of these cheeses will rotate and change with the seasons and supply/demand. Below is what we are currently featuring in our boxes.

Aged & Flavored Cheddar

2-5 year old aged cheddar (yellow & white cheddar cheeses) from Yellowstone Cheese located in Cadott, Wisconsin. As well as some fun flavors of cheddar such as Garlic & Herb and Ranch - both are fan favorites from their creamery!

Gouda

A variety of Gouda choices from Marieke Gouda located in Thorp, Wisconsin. From the classic 6-month aged Gouda to a Pesto Basil Gouda - Marieke is one of Calley & Kimber’s favorite stops (hello baby cows!).

Goat Cheese

This is a cheese that Calley & Kimber are very passionate about! This light summery cheese pairs perfectly with you summer fruits and tastes like a little dessert.
